Cancellation Policy
Policy Description: To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our valued clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be subject to fees or forfeiture of deposits. Clients on a waitlist will be contacted automatically in the event of an open slot, based on the order of request. Please note: For Group Tour Bookings, cancellations within 48 hours of departure may not be eligible for full refunds due to third-party arrangements. For Sightseeing & City Tours, minor itinerary adjustments may occur due to weather or traffic conditions. For Online Trip Consultations, your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you—please notify us early if you need to reschedule.
